Liftoff! Our “Sputnik” is officially in orbit!

March 4, 2026

Last night became a real “point of no return” for us – in the very best sense of the phrase. We opened the doors of the Sputnik Museum, and it was not just a celebration but an incredibly warm, heartfelt and truly cosmic event.

Yesterday history, art and the future came together in one space.

💫 Atmosphere: There was an incredible sense of unity in the hall. Our good friends, partners and legendary guests – cosmonauts Sergey Prokopyev, Andrey Borisenko and Alexander Lazutkin – created the kind of energy you only get at Baikonur before a successful launch.

🎶 Emotions: Tatiana Kokoreva's operatic voice literally reached the stratosphere and made hearts beat faster. And the “Space Ecology” exhibition by artists Sergey Kozhukhovsky and Elizaveta Kozyr reminded us all how important it is to keep things clean – both in orbit and in our thoughts.

🥨 Taste of home: The real hit was our “cosmic buffet” from the Kovrizhechnaya coffee house. The smell of fresh pastry and spices filled the museum with that homely warmth which is so lacking in airless space. Cosmic gingerbread turned out to be the perfect “fuel” for long and inspiring conversations!

🏛 Meanings: We were convinced once again: the Sputnik Museum is a place with a pedigree. Every instrument and every sensor here holds historical memory.

It was wonderful. We thank everyone who shared this moment with us. Now we are open to everyone and ready to fill your life with new meanings and cosmic accents.

📽 See how it was! We are sharing footage of this unforgettable evening with you 👆
